These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xpress Entertainment website (xpressdjs.com), our booking and planning process, and our text messaging program. By using our site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Xpress Entertainment Corp is a South Florida wedding and event entertainment company headquartered in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Xpress Entertainment offers a text messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with clients and prospective clients about events, bookings, and services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following:
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Xpress Entertainment. These messages may include appointment and consultation reminders, availability and booking updates, event-planning coordination, customer care, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, our chat widget, or our booking process and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages (for example, by checking the SMS consent box), or by texting us directly.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the stage of your event planning.
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Xpress Entertainment does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Xpress Entertainment. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Entertainment services are provided pursuant to a separate written service agreement between you and Xpress Entertainment Corp, which governs pricing, deposits, scheduling, cancellation, and performance. Information you submit through this website is used to prepare a quote or proposal and does not by itself create a binding booking until a signed agreement and any required retainer are in place.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Xpress Entertainment Corp and may not be reproduced without permission.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpress Entertainment Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messaging program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Effective Date" above will be updated accordingly.
